I grew up in Basalt, CO before receiving my BS in Exercise Science at Northern Arizona University. Since college, I have lived in Portland, OR, Nebraska, and Jackson, WY. I have six years experience as a personal trainer at four very different fitness centers and a gymnastics coach at three gyms. For the past four and a half years I have trained at Teton Sports Club. I have received personal training certifications through 24 Hours Fitness, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Medical Exercise Specialist certification through American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehab Professionals.
In my spare time, I like to ski with my friends, mountain bike with my dog, try to catch some fish with my husband, and attempt to cook. I am dedicated to helping people live longer and healthier lives, with less joint pain. I can also help you train for a sport of your choice. Together, we can positively influence most diseases and injuries. If you are serious about your health and your activities, I can help guide you.
